Check every new order against the undelivered-delivery history of an entire network — not just your own store.
Every eshop that offers cash on delivery eventually keeps its own list of customers who ordered and never took delivery. The problem is that this list only sees your own history: the customer who left you an undelivered parcel today may have left five more at other stores last month — and you have no way of knowing.
Order Fraud Detection reverses that asymmetry. Participating stores record undelivered-order incidents in a shared database, and every new order is checked against the whole network, not just your own history.
The service works on WooCommerce, PrestaShop and OpenCart, and never cancels an order on its own. It gives you the information; the decision stays yours.

Yes, when it is done properly. The check rests on the legitimate-interest basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(f), only email addresses are checked, data is held on EU servers and customer emails are hashed. Tools for data deletion requests are provided as well.
The details — which incidents you may record, for how long, and what rights the customer has — are covered in our guide to customer blacklists and GDPR.
