The cash-on-delivery problem in WooCommerce

WooCommerce shows you what the customer ordered, not whether they intend to take delivery. An undelivered parcel costs you two-way shipping, packing time and tied-up stock — and none of that is visible at the moment the order comes in.

Order Fraud Detection adds exactly that information inside your WooCommerce admin, before you print the shipping label.

What it does inside WooCommerce

A check on every order

Every new order is cross-referenced against the network-wide undelivered-delivery database.

A note on the order

The risk level and the count of prior failures are written onto the order itself.

No automatic cancellation

Suspicious orders are flagged for review. The decision always stays yours.
