1. Installation
Install the plugin to your shop (Prestashop or Woocommerce). If you need to redownload the plugin send us an email to support@orderfrauddetection.com
2. Configuration
In the plugin Configuration Settings (Prestashop - Module Settings - Order Fraud Detection - Configure), (WordPress - Woocommerce - Fraud Detection enter your API Key and click on Save. Then select which order statuses you want to track and report as fraud. For example you may use one of the existing order statuses or have a custom one like Pickup Denied. This is very important as you will report these kind of orders as undelivered!
3. Make it smarter!
You can choose to process historical orders. Any orders that you have marked as undelivered in the past will be reported to the database and you will be notified in the future that there is a potential risk.
